LATE ARRIVALS

Inform me in advance

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text to let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

I thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service I can offer. That’s why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Haus of Hues experience and also some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with me goes as smoothly as possible.
A reminder for your appointment will be sent via text at the beginning of the week. 24 hour notice is required for canceling/rescheduling. Less than 24 hour notice will be subject to 50% service cost fee prior to booking future appointment.
I have a zero tolerance policy for no call/no show guests. If you forget about your appointment time, unfortunately you will not be allowed to book in the future.
